One week to go.....

They extended my notice because they were in trouble, but I really do have only one week to go. I'll start looking for another job in a few weeks - I'm going to take a little time off, the time that I should really have taken off when I had my HA. Do some gardening and relax.
Looking forward to it......

Hey Alli,
You\'re smart to take some time off. And you\'re right, that it\'s time that you probably owe yourself (!) from when you had your heart attack. Yeah, some me time of relaxing, gardening, and doing whatever the heck you want to is the best! I hope you enjoy every moment!

Thanks, Sue. I thought so and although it might be a wee bit of s struggle financially as I don\'t know what I\'m going to be dong next, but what price recovery? If I\'m going to be effective, healthy and ultimately back to my old self, I need some time out - desperately. A rest is what is in order and I fully intend to take advantage of that. The relief is palpable. Thanks for your support, Sue, as always.

Hi Ali.

It is good to hear you are taking some time off. Resting is a good thing cause it helps relax us. Hopefully the weather is nice where you are so you can enjoy it. Hope you are doing well.

Thanks, Cassie. I appreciate it. I\'ve now finished and I feel positive. I actually did a little jogging yesterday and felt great. Upping my cardio health gives me a huge boost of confidence in my heart health. Whilst I\'m off, I will be concentrating on this. I want to start jogging instead of walking and starting a new phase of health. This is my new target. Xxxx

Thanks for your kindness
