One week down...one week to go- but what is up with my body??

So happy!  This morning got a email from our caseworker with an update.  Hadn't heard from her since last Thursday, so I was getting kind of antsy, but didn't want to bother her.  I was relieved and super happy that she had talked with the other caseworker this morning and they set up date and time for placement.  We had received paperwork from the court on Saturday saying that placement would be on the 15th, however it will now be a week from today- July 14 at 4:15 pm!  The best news is that when I talked to the kids' caseworker we set up a pre-placement visit for TOMORROW!!  I can't wait.  He also suggested, if we were interested, in doing a visit over the weekend where DH and I can go down and get the kids for a couple of hours on Saturday or Sunday!  A million thoughts are going through my mind, I honestly don't know which way to turn.  Our single stroller came today from Target- it is Mickey Mouse- thanks to my mom I am getting an early birthday present and didn't have to pay for it myself.  Went out and bought bibs for Jeremiah today and a potty chair for Hannah.  We are officially in baby mode at our house right now-  I am on cloud nine.
I can't wait for next week- but am hoping I feel better than I have the past week.  I have been so incredibly tired and yucky feeling on and off throughout the day, plus have been having slight cramping.  DH asked if I have taken a pregnancy test- which I haven't because I don't really think there is a reason to.  This past month I spotted for about a week, and then had actual AF like bleeding for two days, and then I was done.  My cycle has been messed up lately and I figure it is just by body dealing with the stress of life in general, and a side effect from taking Clomid last month.  DH thinks one of his "swimmers" hit a home run as he says-  I give myself until next Monday I think to see how I feel and then will maybe make a doctor appointment to see why I have been feeling so crappy.  DH is on my case about it, but I am focused on getting our house ready for the two kiddos.
I am trying to grasp that in one week we will have two little ones running around our house!  Yikes!!

I am so excited for you. Next week this time you will have a full house!

Your tiredness and messed up cycle is most likely due to stress (Its exciting and good stress but stress none the less). But, I have to say that I don\'t completely disagree with your DH. I think you should POAS. There are some people that can have a fair amount of implantation bleeding, and they can mistake it for a period. So, it doesn\'t hurt to check. And if you don\'t feel better in a little bit don\'t forget to check in with your dr. I know that it is going to be much harder to find time for yourself after next week :).
