One of those moments....

You can't rush grief any more than you can avoid it.     As Sharon said.
It come in waves.    It ebbs and flows.
 
 
I wish I were independently wealthy so I could take all the time I NEED to get through the grief.  So often, I try to put it on the back burner.  Not a good idea.
 
 
All is well.  I am loved.   I am okay.    I will survive...........until I don't.

It is hard to hold it together in front of other people when your life feels upside down. When I hold it back, it builds into a tension that I can feel grow throughout the day. Releasing it really does help relax you. I know it is hard to find time to yourself each day. Comfort and prayers for you my friend.
