One Night Down
I just realized that I wrote in this journal once in 2012 and I never really gave this journal a shot. Both last time and this time I had a sexual experience with someone I was not at all attracted too and I met on the internet.
This time was a blow and go in the back seat of my car... but she didn't really want to go anywhere after we were done and we chatted awkwardly.
My goal today is to make it officially one day without porn or masturbating. I've been doing it so long that its going to be a huge challenge. I work on my computer so it's almost natural for me to look at porn or check my messages on the site.
Last night I emailed someone that said they were willing to help someone with accountability... hopefully they message me back. Either way I really want to have enough self control to make it one day on my own.
I know that if I just keep myself really busy all day I can do it for sure. I don't work today so it's going to be a stretch.

I\'m finding that leaving this tab open helps. Every time I get on the internet I am compelled to write and thus not look at porn.
