One more week and we're done with our RE
A week from today we have our final appointment with our RE. It's hard to believe I've made it 9 weeks pregnant! It's bittersweet for me. I love our doctor and the thought of seeing someone else scares me to death. But, she is recommending us to the High Risk Pregnancy Team at our hospital so we'll be right across the hallway. I know this team will be exceptional and provide us the quality care we all need. But it will be different.
At last week's ultrasound I got to hear the heartbeats. That's one of the most life changing moments of my life. That sounds weird, but you know what I mean. She flipped that switch and I heard those little whomp whomp whomps...and I cried. They're in there. They're real. I'm a mom. Next week my husband is going with me and I'm excited for him to hear them. I hope he reacts the way I did. He's so laid back I wonder sometimes if I'll even get a reaction out of him.
Until next week!

You get to graduate! that\'s wonderful news:0) The sound of a tiny heartbeat in ones womb is the most beautiful sound! *HUG!!
I totally hear you about the heartbeats --- last Friday was one of the best days of my life :) And they\'ll get something out of your hubby. Mine is very laid back and non-emotional, and he spent the ultrasound staring at the screen dumbfoundedly. Or he was starting to calculate what this would do to our finances --- I couldn\'t tell ;)
Congrats on graduating! It\'s a huge milestone, and one that should be celebrated :)
