one more time

i was doing well on pristiq and lexapro and now it is been 5 days my anxiety is back full force i am taking xanax 0.5 mg but it is not helping but i am under a lot of changes and  stress i wonder if i should go back to my doc or increase my xanax god i was so happy feeling great .
