One More, One Less

Since my last update, I have only lost one more pound.  But, considering the fact that I now only need to lose 35 pounds to reach my ultimate goal...I'm happy.  I've been learning a lot about nutrition--which is surprising since I thought I already understood most of what there was to know.
I've been exercising a little more & I feel great.  I eat six meals a day with a tall drink of water in between & it feels so good to be eating things I love:  BLUEBERRIES and broccoli.  Other stuff too, but this week, my love is blueberries and broccoli.

when is your ds\'s bday and what is his weight now and what size is he wearing in clothes? u said luke was similiar w/ all of that.
