One More Month
My ducks are lining up but still in a very large pond. Still working on finalizing the sale of my house.
In the process of transferring funds to prematurely pay off house. Then have to get release of lien (and documents) to an attorney and get a court order. That will take at least 2 weeks. I've already gotten additional death certificates.
This has been a nightmare and the biggest pain in the ass.....but I'm still hanging onto to a happier ending.
This seems like so much else in my life.... the puzzle pieces do eventually fall into place.

you found the title to the house finally? I GUESS YOU DID or why would they been wanting to send you money.....
Lots of things in life are a pain but you have to keep reminding yourself of the end result which will make it all worth it.

Once I have all this, my BIL and I must take to Harrisburg (and possibly camp out) at PennDOT.
I do believe the good Lord is determined to teach me to be patient. (Though there are times I still feel like a bulking, sulking kid. LOL)

what is harrisonburg and penndot?
Harrisburg is PA state capital and PennDOT is PA Dept of Transportation. Because we bought a manufactured home (double wide trailer) its title will come from there.
