One More Day
Tomorrow at 6:35 I am to be at the surgery center. AS you know, I have been battling something for the past few days. I woke up with a 101.7 fever on Friday. I have been taking it easy and doing very little but focusing on putting my drops in and popping Advil . My evil twin said that when her kids were younger and had fevers, the DR suggested swapping it out. Taking tylenol on occasion . So I tried some tyoenol pm. My fever went back down to normal by the end of the night. The thing is, this morning I was not thinking and wound up taking 2 advil with my thyroid pill (5:30 ) and refilled my pill wheel for the week. (I put 3 advil in and wound up downing them as well.
Next thing I know I am back to 101. Eventually down to 100. I took another dose of tylenol PM at 10:30. I last checked and am down to 99. I am praying it continues to go and stay down. Then all should be ok. I still wonder if I should tell my BIL. He is so spastic about covid. I am thinking if I wear gloves and a mask the whole time (even in the car) then he could just wipe down my seat or Lysol it when I am out?
At any rate... I am praying like hell it continues to improve. I have had to postpone this once before due to my fall and stitches. Would appreciate any positive vibes or good thoughts. (I seem to need all the help I can get. :)

I would be worried why have fever? I would postpone it. Hugs
Had fever Fri and Sat. I spoke with surgerycenter on Friday and told them fever was coming down.
They said if it goes and stays down not to be concerned.
They know what an ordeal this has already been for me and feel that if no temp or aches on Mon they will proceed
Try to take care to get a lot of rest today and tonight. Keeping a good thought for you.

Survived another hiccup. Had the laundry all done but still needed to make bed and recliner. Was going to grab my shower and all power went out. Wasn't quite dark, so made up my recliner (since that is where I will probably be the first 3 nights ) No cpap so no lying flat. I calmed down and figured it would not be out forever. I will just wait it out. After all... laptop was charged. In about 10 or 15 minutes it came back. I do believe if God is testing to see if I handle stress or anxiety any better these days he may see a teeny bit of progress, but is still left shaking his head.
At any rate, the fever is staying down, I have confirmed the new time with my BIL. He will be picking me up at 5:45 tomorrow am All I can say is it better not be raining AGAIN. Feeling like a duck and so leary I may slip. I am worried but very anxious to have this done.
PS Happy Birthday Bill... almost. I shall send a wink when all done. LOL

Well Bill...afraid today is not the day to see you clearer. You will still be a blurry blob. But now tomorrow once all the drops have worn off and I am getting back to normal....THEN I WILL!!!
