One month medication free..

So the last medication for my anxiety/depression the Dr. had given me was Zoloft. I was on it for about a week. And typically..I give medications a fair shot but this one was COMPLETELY different. I had all sorts of negative side effects and few positive ones. The negative side effects included:
-Nervous energy
-Negative thoughts (such as leaving my husband of 7 years for imagined reasons)
 
The one positive side effect was it increased my sex drive..Was it worth it? No way!
And I know I wasn't supposed to cold turkey the SSRI's but I had to. I was sick of it..
 
My psych apt is on the 30th so I'm HOPING and PRAYING I feel better soon..But each day is it's own struggle...
