one month

       It's been exactily one month today and I haven't had a cigarette !!!  It's been two years and seven months since I've had a drink !!! Now I gotta work on not smoking the weed and kicking back those "beans" (percocets). One thing at a time, I guess. Not sure if i will succeed or even if I'm ready to try but eventually I will, I guess.  Still feeling well with the changes in my meds.  Power to the people baby, power to the people!ha ha
