Once more into the breech

Today I had my hearing for social security disability. It wasn't as big an ordeal as I thought it would be. Basically my attorney guided me through the early part of the hearing and then the adjudicating judge asked me some questions. It will be another couple of months before I get a decision but at least the hard part is over. Basically I just told him what I'm dealing with. I'm pretty satisfied that I brought up everything so that's a relief. Too often I think of my best responses on the drive home. Not today. Now it's up to them. If I don't get the disability it's not terrible. I am now 61 and will be able to file for regular SS in less then a year. I've been feeling a little tired lately but other than that, I'm doing well. I was sort of anxious about the hearing but now that's done. More later,Tom
