Once again the state of Maine has cut me off

I have been "disabled" for 2 years now. My only income, other than an adoption support check from the state of RI and TANF from the state of Maine, has been a pathetic amount from an Ebay store, which I have been unable to attend to because of my illness. My brother has taken over the store, and sells his books through it.
Without explanation, the state of Maine has cut me off TANF benefits (that's the cash benefit) because I am "inellegible", and only recertified my foodstamps until January.
I've been living with my brother and grandaughter well below poverty level. Our combined income, including the adoption suppliment and tanf, for the 3 of us does not reach $12,000 last year. THis year was worse...
Next month I am (after 2 years of trying to arrange it) going for a psych eval to certify my illness, and in January I am going to see someone (finally) about the slipped disks in my back. I am in constant pain and overwhelmed by anxiety and depression.
Now I am also panic stricken! If they cut off my foodstamps as well, We will all be homeless by spring.
