Once again I remember :-)

Once again I remember: " Surrender becomes so much easier when I realize the fleeting nature (impermanence) of ALL experiences and the world cannot give you anything of lasting value. When I remember this, I can ALLOW MY EXPERIENCES WITHOUT FEAR!
Off to my Spiritual Grp. meeting and probably discuss the above!

That\'s my awareness mantra too, sort of; Stop denying Reality and trying to make it what it\'s not. That one lesson is one of the biggest reliefs we can give ourselves from anxiety.
