On the Road Again
So! I am on my way again-feeling great on Day 4 of feeling good. Dont know what lifted my mood this time but thank Golly it has cos I couldnt stand much more of feeling down.....
I dont know what happened-its a chicken and egg situation. I go up I do more little things that bolster my mood and it feeds on itself. And contrariwise when I go down the smallest thoughts reinforce the dperession.
We are doing some errands today-dropping off some CD's, Ivan getting haircut, going to the library and visiting Bryan.
Tomorrow ,weather permitting we are going to go on a little bush walk.
I am wearing new clothes- new black crossover top and pink Tshirt underneath and i will put on my new black and white jacket. Have had good shopping lately
