On the "Rebound".....

Had an unfortunate foray into romance but I survived !! Didn't need cookies or Ben 'n Jerry's to get me thru it either. She introduced me to the rebounder, which is a mini trampoline and is a great indoor cardio work out during this bitter cold winter.
Every cloud has a silver lining !!
