On and Up! :D

So, today is the day that I physically reconnect with an old friend from high school. We have been talking on facebook and the phone all week. I am so super excited because she and her fiance are heading over! I am making dinner and she is bringing a treat for after.
Today is my long shift which starts at 6pm and lasts until about 6pm on Sunday. The girls I am a Nanny to are wonderful. I have been telling them about my friend all this week and even they are super excited to meet her. We are all going to have a nice dinner and color eggs for Ostara. Tomorrow the girls will get their Ostara baskets and have an egg hunt.
I feel so positive right now! A lot of things are changing and I am so happy to be part of that change! I am bringing positive people back into my life and that in return is giving me so much hope for my future and my recovery.
Also...just when I thought this day couldnt get any better a group of Baptists knocked on my door recruiting for their church. Normally I just take thier paper work they hand me and keep my mouth shut. Not today...I told them loud and poud I am a witch and invited them in for tea! I was very kind and polite to them but when I announced what I was you would have thought I slapped them in the face. They couldnt get off my porch fast enough!!! haha!
