OMG WTF did I do to deserve this....start smoking again.....duh

Been doing the patch, done with that, this is the second day and the withdrawals are killing me, I have been crying non stop. I keep my house immaculate and don't want to clean anything. I am HSP and my face has broke out to the point that I am crying even more, I have a package at the mail but don't want anyone to see me like this. I pray it gets better!!!!!!
