OMG I'm feeling so fat!

Okay if you're reading this, I'm warning you, this is definitely a venting entry.  Totally being a chick right now.  Just have to get this off my chest.  Okay so I ran the Chicago Marathon on October 11th. I was in great shape, felt great and my jeans fit awesome!  We conceived about 2 weeks later and found out we were pregnant on October 27th.  WELL, since the 27th of October, I've worked out exactly 2 times!  At first I was just REALLY REALLY tired and lazy...well still am but now my doctor is telling me I can't do ANYTHING right now until at least week 13 because of my bleeding.  I'm totally fine with that I really am, I don't want to jeopordize this pregnancy in anyway but MAN I feel so lazy and fat.  I barely fit in any of my pants already, those jeans that fit fabulous now look distgusting! When I run up and down the stairs, I get out of breath and bad.  Really?  Already?  Am I  that out of shape already? Okay just so you know, I am really not trying to complain because I would trade gaining 100 pounds to be pregnant with this little miracle but really, I'm just venting.  My BF tells me I look beautiful no matter what, but he's already read 2 books that told him he BETTER say that lol!  I'm not actually worried about him, I just feel so blah.  At least when I can exercise, I feel a little better and have more energy.  And this first trimester sleepies and no excercising is for the birds! I have another month before I can do anything!  Do you know how much I can gain in a month?  Uh!  I'm trying to watch what I eat but I'm so damn nauseous that the only thing that makes me feel better is carbs and fruit - BAD!  And the only thing that really used to make me really really happy I can't have because it makes me sick ...COFFEE!  I miss my morning coffee but it really hates me:)  Alright, I'm done venting now and I feel better I do.  I just realized that I may have just had a surge of hormones run through me which made me a crazy woman for a sec! Ha! Here's to the coming chubby months!   I can't wait until I actually look pregnant and not chubby.

It\'ll be here before you know it! I was so excited to be able to fit in maternity clothes (now I\'m bummed because I still like wearing the pants- god bless elastic waists!). Are you allowed to get out and walk? That always helped boost my energy and I didn\'t feel like I was doing anything too strenuous for the pregnancy. Despite the venting, which we all need now and then, I\'m glad everything is going well for you!

I understand your frustration, and I know you know it\'s so worth it. Soon you\'ll get used to feeling that way and be proud of it ;-)

I know girls thanks! I\'m reading this again and man was a I hormonal last night. Ha! Kinda funny how I can feel so extreme to the next. I really sounded kinda bitchy but it wasn\'t meant for that. I do do a lot walking for my job. I work in the City and go to court a few times a day and I also do most of my errands here also have to walk and get to the bus/train to commute.
