OMG CD21 and I am spotting WTH :(

I just went to the washroom to shower, while taking my panties off I had a couple drops of blood, I am losing hope here, I am truly hoping that it's not Aunt Flow on her way. I know it could possibly be implantation bleeding, but I don't want to have my hopes up just to have them be shattered down the road, I am no longer spotting
