Does that 1 in 8 number simply divide the number of rapes by the population or does it take into account the possibilities of repeat victimizations? Also does it take into account statistical liklihood of being raped based on age? - I see these 1 in N figures a lot and haven\'t been able to find much on how they are actually calculated.
