Had a pretty good week-end, we had the grandkids over and they stayed with us over the week-end. It is nice to have them here however it still brings up the question how he could have done that and left them without a father. Something we will never know. Went to the support group again last week and things went well, we had a couple more people there so it made it better. The group really helps however it sure tires you out when you leave the session. Looking forward to a even better week this week. Have a wonderful daughter that really looks after us and loves us.

I am so sorry for your lost. I lost my daughter to suicide in 2001. Left a 5 year old son (now 13 almost 14). No note, didn\'t realize the degree of depression she was in. Never ever thought she\'d do something like that. Went to support meetings beginning at week 3. Was the one of the best things that I did for myself but your, right, can be very emotional and tiring.
