OK TO URINATE ON APT BUILDING CARPET
Today a worker in apt bldg where I live found urine next to a wall in public room where I use the shared computer/internet...I figure its the grandchild of neighber up hall from me, since such disgusting stuff has been going on for year---with the coincidence that it ALWAYS seems to happen when the kid shows up for the weekend.
The kid takes after his grandfather---when I complained about the kid hiding leftover food behind a plant on window sill near computer, the computer/desk/chair was all covered by food days later, with a number of people thinking it was some sloppy accident.
After the above, a security camera was plugged in, to see if any future nonsense near the computer---with the security camera unplugged a number of times, when the kid visits on weekend.
Today, my elderly neighbor got angry at me for suggesting it was the kid who urinated against the wall. But, just an hour ago the grandfather came in to the computer room to state how his grandkid got mad with govt-financed tablet ($20, with free wifi, though otherwise sells for $300?) bought only last Friday and smashed it against the floor; the grandfather keeps on updating his 11-year-old kid's nasty behavior as though its something to be proud of.
Nobody, nobody, in my nice apt building seems to care about "somebody" urinating, and worse, in hallway or computer room---with me having to learn to keep my mouth shut, cause then I get treated like I'm Mr. Evil for complaining!
