OK, now I hurt her

The Vietnamese honey hasn't responded to my last text, so I'm sure she was offended.  But c'mon...the writing was on the wall.  When she and I first started going out, I was instantly smitten, but she was aloof.  OK, I'm not Brad Pitt and am thus an acquired taste, but I then created a monster, buying her candy and gifts and doling out lavish amounts of cash for our meals in the most expensive restaurants in the tri-county area...what was I thinking?   3 years later, she called me out of the blue wanting to hang out again, and I prodded her into the question "why do you like me"?  The answer was because I'm funny and sweet and spoil her.  Not because I'm hunky and physically fit?  Hmmm...again, the writing's on the wall.  Physical attraction is an important part of a relationship for me, and I love wooing a woman, but not at the expense of some physical lust on her part.  The next relationship will be a small first date.  I'm looking for her first reaction when I ask her for her phone #.  If there's a gleam in her eye, great...maybe there's a future in it.
