OK, it's official...
I still miss you, Mark. You know what I miss most about you? Your serene calm. You were always the peacemaker. When I got into an argument with your ex-wife who was living in the trailer that you were paying the mortgage, taxes and insurance on, with her lazy-ass then-boyfriend who she wasn't encouraging to pay shit, and who took in every stray cat who showed up on the doorstep, who promptly pissed all over the place and made it smell like amonia, you stepped in and calmed me down. I miss that warmth and total acceptance, that want to create and keep peace.
Everyone I know now is hyper, or maybe I'm putting them on the defensive and helping them be that way. Either way, just wanna relax and have that warm sense of humor, sense of acceptance, again. Turning on NBC's Thursday night comedy lineup...always a guaranteed recipe for success in this regard.

Funny I see some of those qualites in you from your posts on the boards. You probably have a lot more of your brother in you than you realise. It\'s often the way. I hope this brings you some comfort to know he\'s still a part of you. So sorry you have to have lost him and miss him so. I believe (persoanlly) may sound a bit weird, that they\'re around us all the time, and if you talk to them they can hear you. I know that sounds weird. Also dreams is another way they can access us via the spirit world. Your brother will never leave you and knows everything you are doing and going through. The sucky thing is that unless you\'re very tuned in you can\'t or won\'t hear him. You may dream about him, and those dreams will feel different, they are spiritual dreams. Ask him to let you know he\'s around (if this doesn\'t freak you out too much). It\'s highly unlikely he\'ll suddenly appear don\'t worry but you will see signs or little reminders.
I once had a patient who was gay and his partner had suicided and he\'d found him. He was very traumatised obviously. Something interesting that come out though, was his partner used to joke and say idf he dies he\'ll let him know he\'s ok by giving him flat tyres. I had had this guy as a client for months before he told my this. I said \"really?....Hmmm...So, have you had any flat tyres since he passed 12 months ago?\".
He said \"I\'ve had 4 in the last year\".
Silence.
I\'m like smiling, \"are you serious, that\'s fantastic, what just they went flat or what?\"
And he said \"no some of them even had nails in them\".
True story. I\'ve read a lot of stories of life after death, I don\'t know why it was a great interest of mine for a few years. The best were \"Saved by the Light\" by Dannion Brinkly, \"One last Time(or one last goodbye i can\'t remember now)\" by John Edwards, and Dr Raymond Moody \"Life After Life\".
Blessings to you Koolman and sending some love for your heart to ease the pain, Jodi:)xo.
