OK BUDDY RUDE IDIOT

I come out my apt, some man at apt next door, says he saw me biking, I say maybe three sentances to him---then he says 'ok buddy', his rude way of ending conversation, when I never planned to spend more than two minutes talking to the rude idiot.

He's also relation to next door neighbor, so I can't say anything bad about the rude idiot.
