Oh the Irony of it All!
I finally understand what it could be like to be underweight.
I want to be at that magic 35 BMI when i go to my Patient Information Session on Friday. I haven't been radical about food this week but I've brought some good carbs back into my diet. This morning I weighed myself and I was only up a pound! I still have 5 to go!!!!
I pulled out some Christmas baking that was in the freezer (no, I didn't bake it, it's leftovers from a party, for my husband). And I ate brownies, carrot cake and butter tart squares for breakfast. I don't want to see anymore of them! Blech! Too much sugar!!
I can't believe I just said that.

Oh, my! Drink lots of liquids, and perhaps have some salty snacks to help retain water? I really don\'t know. Maybe some starches? Good luck!
Ooooh salty snacks, that\'s a great idea!!
I went home and weighed myself at lunch, after eating, I was up 2 pounds. SO if I eat the salty snacks, drink lots of water, wear heavy clothes and eat a HUGE lunch before I go to the appointment, I should make the 35 BMI.
Really, this is very silly.
