Oh so bad!

Two weeks of utter trauma. I have massive blood blisters in my mouth and throat for some unknown reason since I became ill. I had one two weeks again just in the early hours of the morn. It grew to the point I could not breath, too scared for words, just terrified. It was right at the back of the throat, nasty horrid and just awful. These are painful and massive and spread life wild fire once started. I went to ER with no luck and then Dr on Friday who diagnosed what it may be but also wants me just to go to Stanford to be admitted. Sigh, this is a LOW spot. I barely ate for two weeks, have had horrid symptoms in the mouth and throat still and live in fear of the next. I have had great difficulty swallowing for the last couple or more years and it just gets worst. Maybe it is all connected. It seems to be some auto-immune reaction to the mucous membranes. I wonder who else gets this.

I am at the end of my tether :(

Hi Greengirl, so sorry you have been going through this! I haven\'t heard of this, but with our disease, who knows what can go wrong! My immunologist is at Stanford--I would guess we live in the same area. :) I hope you feel better soon!
