OH gosh summer going weird already

Red flag warnings are out for our area.  WE normally get 24+ inches of snow barely got 7 this year in PNW mountains.  Got some rain and thundershowers recently.  Grasses, shrubs etc took off and now record breaking temperatures 105 today, 98 here in mts.  And winds are picking up so they are predicting fire dangerous conditions.  Since leaving near all the nice forest vegetation guess its time to put my trunk of photos near the door, get the dog food containers packed, leashes by door, horse trailer hooked up and be ready in case.  BUT gosh what happens when I am at work.  I hope neighbors call me in time. 
School employment I have enjoyed, amazed.  I have a degree in Natural Resources, Range Mgmt and I am a para educator.  Next year I am to teach math great my unfavorite subject.  BUT for 4, 5 ok but 6th hmm will see.  Everything is going to be the new math so getting taught it before school. 
Again I have so much to do:  roof leaking in garage, hope I can get by with just fixing it, needs to be reinforced for stability first (luckly friends of Rogers are going to help put up steel gerders (sp?) than replace some board, than I may have to reroof that part myself.  I just can not see affording doing the whole roof so I am not sure if that is what is planned.  They say I should do it all at once.  $$$$ may say no.  And now due to drought conditions my well may go dry....its a shallow one due to in our area the deep wells stink like rotten eggs so everyone dug shallow ones which has served well thus far...sigh
HOME ownership gosh but my payments are $261 a month including insurance, taxes and payment I can not afford to go anywhere else...I could get enough out of this place to move...I wish I could some times but it is what it is.  Roger I need your help
