Oh, for goodness sake!

Panic attacks all weekend! What on earth is causing them! The sharp stabbing pains around the heart don't help and these are probably caused by the panic attacks. What a roundabout of madness. It's so debilitating and I am not prepared to keep taking diazepam. That just takes the edge off and I need to deal with these blighters. Think it's time for therapy.....
