Oh Man!!!

Went to Housing Authority today.  Family needs place to stay, needed to go.  Great getting there, got lost coming back.  Plan of attack had flaws.  Freaked, mind racing, sweating, heart going to bounce out of chest.  Made it back okay, but I was toasted.  See counselor tommorrow so much to say so little time.
