Office troublemakers
So much for my keeping a journal. I kind of just read the entries and never get around to writing how I feel. I manage an office where there is an out of control employee who has some issues and the owners are aware and are trying to be politically correct on letting her go and or are afraid she may hurt herself. The office is full of such tension and half the staff blaming me because I showed the owner the nasty text messages this person wrote to another employee and she was called on the carpet. I believe this person has some sort of personality disorder with some of the stuff she comes up with. Now two other trouble makers have jumped onto her team of backstabbing, gossiping and straight out lying. I have been there over three years and do an awesome job and like the people I work for but this crap in the office spinning out of control makes me sick and I can't stand to be there right now. I am going to look for other employment in case the owners can not take control and end it. The staff is all women except for the owners and I can not stand their school yard ways and always trying to say they are too busy when questioned on why something is not getting done. The reports I can run prove different and that is another reason a couple of them try to undermine me by telling the owner that I talk mean to them. So I start putting what needs to be done in a MEMO and that way they can not say I talked mean when I told them what needed done. Lying lazy witches and the ones that are not lazy and good workers and team players end up being their target as well. it is so obvious the games they play but I am played out and emotionally exhausted. Oh well I guess that is enough for now. I came home this afternoon because I did not want to be there. I am covered up in front of the t.v. and hope I get some good rest so I can take a breath and go in for round 550 tomorrow.
