Had a great nights sleep and off I go to the YMCA then to work. Gonna be a great day. No pain or diarrhea or blood this morning feel better than I have in a year and a half. Doin the happy dance!

Not as good a day today but hopefully just a glitch. Exhausted and just want to sleep for 10 hours. Still positive and charging straight ahead.
Woke up this morning with cold sores up my nose and in my mouth, almost burned the house down with the wood stove and plugged up the toilet. UGHHHHH!
