off day
Today I didn't have the time to run. I had to do favors for the neigjhbors. I mean, I realize they help us out when we ask but they always seem to ask for repayment at the worst times.
Today I had to cancel my dog's vet appointment just to cater to them. ahh well what r u gonna do?
update later!
My dog seems to be coming back to life. She wanted to play this morning for the first time since before the seizures. She sat on the love seat next to me when she got tired, and watched tv. She's a smart dog! She was born on Halloween! The exact same day my pug died! I hope and pray she doesn't have anymore seizures. After seeing them close up, I don't see how a dog can live through one of them.
We are seeing a different vet tomoroow. He is the vet we use to go to years ago but we transfered our business to our present vet when he misdiagnosed a skin problem. I am not sure why my wife wants to go back to him. He is a very nice guy. Very compassionate. We met him years ago when my wife and the dog I owned then, which was a pug were in a bad car accident and a passerby picked him up and took him to this vet who saved his life. He had a compound fracture of his hind leg, internal bleeding and this vet made him as good as new with a steel plate to hold his tiny leg together. I always liked the guy but he kept saying my Boston terrier had allergies when she was losing her fur so we took her to the place where we took her for the seizures and we were told she had manges. Treated her and problem gone.
My wife and I are a little drained from losing sleep because we go to bed worrying about her having another seizure. For some reason when night time comes, she soesn't want to settle down and go to sleep. Must be afraid of the dark.
Thanks to everyone reading this for your concern and prayers.
Bod Bless and TC!

Sounds like you are a really nice guy. Hope your dog is doing well.
I hope you don\'t get angry at me for saying this Bob because I love you but, I feel that you & your family (that includes your dog) comes first, neighbors favors come second. I just want you to have some peace of mind about your sweet dog. Please let us know what the vet says at the next appointment. {{{Hugs}}}
Thankyou Sandy, I will.
You are a great guy to help your neighbors out. My hubby is the same way. It seems like our projects are never done because friends and other family members always need something. It used to bother me but not anymore. \"People do not really care how much you know until they know how much you care.\" It feels good to help others. I\'m glad your \"furry\" companion is doing better. Like I said, I have five dogs. Two with seizures. It can be scary. When mine our wound up and won\'t sleep. I take them on a quick 10-15 minute walk before bed. Then all is well. Have the rest of a good week. Robin
