I made this video of clothes washing with an LED light, an iPhone 4, some audio tracks in the public domain, and a washing machine with a clear glass top.
Watch before studying, working on a project, or an artistic endeavor and notice your focus increase. As the video progresses the outside world will blur out more and more as you focus on the spinning circle of light. The clothes will blur it out at times, which often interestingly intersects with the lyrics of the songs. "Colors bleed into themselves."
