Odd Duck
Odd Duck. I guess that's what most of the people where I work think I am. An odd duck. What would you think? Here's an older man who comes to work at least an hour early.(There's a reason for that.) Dressed in jeans,a short sleeved shirt, athletic shoes, and suspenders, he carries a canvass book bag, a small icechest, and a valice. He finds a place to sit and opens three programs on the computer, then locks it. He, then, takes a big thermos mug and puts ice in it. At his desk, he pours liguid from two containers into the mug, stirs it, and puts the top n it. He, then, leaves and goes outside. A few minutes later, he's back at his desk looking at a program on the computer. Then, he leaves again to go outside! About fifteen minutes before his shift starts, he's back again at his desk opening up more programs. Then he sits there, looking at the computer eating grapes! Such an odd duck. Aaahh, but there's a reason for the oddities. I'm a creature of habit and process. All the actions are parts in my process to prepare for work,,,,to calm down and get into the proper frame of mind to talk to people I don't know and will never see. The frame of mind to handle complaints, repair cellphones, and help people. Such an odd duck I am!
