Ocupational Health Dept

Today I had an appointment with the occupational health department at my workplace. They wanted to know what happened when I injured my wrist at work and aggrivated my RA (3 weeks ago). They then said come back on 22nd Sept if it has not improved or got worse.  Needless to say I came out feeling frustrated and in fact a little bit teary. I feel I didn't gain anything from going to see them today, especially any confidence in the O.H dept. Until next time
