nowt too much to report

Hello journal,  well not much has happend this week.....the panic hasnt been too bad at all, touch wood....but then again i havent really been out of my comfort zone so maybe thats why. Dont get me wrong though im not complaining...far from it....but you are still expecting it to hit you like a sledgehammer at some point and totally fuck you up. But hey, i suppose this is where i should be trying to put into practice my positive thinking, fingers crossed peeps....On a different note, i bumped into a friend that i havent been in contact with for about nine years........we became pals at high school when we were in third year and remained very close until she sort of dropped off the planet.....she didint want to be near anyone or hang about with the crowd anymore, it wasnt that she was going about with other people, she just went really introverted. maybe i will find out what happened at some point.ttfn xxx
