now right arm and hand really bad

In this episode of my ailment, I am experiencing a lot more of my right arm and hand.  My arm wants to stick close to my body and my hand is hard to use. The fingers want to stick together and not function. They are very stiff. My muscles are very sore and stiff.  My right leg is doing its normal thing. It is dragging along.  I guess I  can't really say I have foot drop anymore, as it just doesn't even pick up.  I have myoclonus again as well.  My arm is what is getting me the most. I am used to my leg going from me, but the arm is really new. It has been tingling before, but the pain and stiffness in it is new.  Glad I am left handed!  Not sure  I could hold a pencil in my right hand.  Typing is a challenge as it is.  I cannot use my right thumb at all. It is stuck to my pointer finger tight.  Glad that I am going to the neuro on Tues, but afraid I will not get any answers again.  I am using my cane, but feel like my wheelchair is really the only effective way to move myself around.  I really have a drunken swagger today.  I noticed yesterday I had a slurred speech as well. My tongue just feels so thick in my mouth that words aren't coming out correctly.  
Well, I will just rest today and hope for the best for tomorrow.
