Now and then!
I did about a mile and a half this morning. I can't really understand why it has been so difficult to do. It seems like I am going backwards instead of forword.
I remember when I use to run. I was working two jobs at the time. I would wake up at 1 am and go deliver 500 daily newspapers, then go to work at a physically and mentally stressful job for 8 - 10 hours, come home and eat supper, run 5-6 miles, relax for an hour and go to bed. If I had to do a brake job on my car which was about every two weeks, I had to forfeit my one hour of relaxation for that day! It seemed to be easier back then for some reason. Maybe because I had every minute of the day spoken for. I did this for 15 years. And you know what? It wasn't worth it. The way my wife spends money, I still ended up having to file bankrupcy, so where did all that hard work get me, besides screwing up my health!
Ahhh well! Thats Life!
