Well, reality check! LOL...I knew it was too good to be true.  I was feeling so good.  It must have been the ephedrine in the cold medicine.  I don't feel horrible but the energy that I was enjoying is gone.  I am no longer taking the cold meds and no longer have the energy.  Almost think of taking some just for the energy and the high I had.  I don't want to be dependant on a drug though.  I am not exhausted, just not full of energy.  I have been feeling my right leg tingle and get that heavy feeling.  I know that if I walk too much I won't be able to walk at all.  I just take it easy.  It sure felt good to feel normal for a while.
My husband was talking with one of his bosses about the upcoming Christmas Party.  This particular boss has a wife with MS.  My husband said that he was going to attend and planned on bringing me.  The boss asked why he wouldn't bring me.  Husband told him about what I have been going thru.  His boss told him that his wife showed no lesions either.  They had to push hard to get the lumbar puncture.  When they finally got that, a year later, it showed she had MS.  People were always asking him if she was drunk because she was slurring speech and walking the wonderful MS way.  My husband told his boss that I did that as well.  My husband always told me that he didn't believe that I had MS.  He said the neurologist said you don't have it and that is that.  I never argued with him.  I may not have MS.  Now he is starting to believe that maybe I do.  Whether it is MS or not, the neurologist should have done more testing.  She just released me.  I found a neuro who is doing the testing and can tell just by the simple testing in his office that my right leg is not as strong as it should be.  My left leg is strong and my right leg is very weak.  He has done more for me than the past neuro.  Not sure I am thankful that my husband's boss convinced him that it could still be MS.  At least he understands why I am still pursuing a diagnosis for something.  There is certainly something going on with me.  I want to know what it is.  I don't like to have doctor's blow me off and treat me as though I am a hypochondriac.

Hey, I\'m glad to hear your hubby is finally catching on. It\'s the weirdest things that finally make them stop and think about things. Sounds like you have a decent neuro now too, that will actually listen to you! Take care, and I\'m always praying for you and everyone else on here.

I\'m glad your husband is coming around. It is always helpful to have him on your side. Good luck on the dx.
