Nothing has changed

It has been 4 days since I put my post in my group and still no one has said a thing. The whole point of this is for support. Right now I am not feeling any. No one has looked at what I have written and suggested anything or a word of comfort. I sit and just wait. I keep coming back and looking every 4 to 5 hours and look at nothing change. I feel like I am torturing myself in doing so but at the same time don't know what else to do since this is supposed help. I am running out of options.
