Notebook
I was trying to straighten my computer desk,,,a lost cause at best,,,when I came across a small spiral notebook. There are several notebooks laying around dating back to my days of job hunting and having to keep weekly records of contacts for unemployment forms. None are the same size and none were purchased for the specific task. They were hanging around from other uses such as keeping a meal and BS reading journal when I got Type 2 diabetes. As I looked through one, I found a list that I had forgotten about. It was from the days that I made my ceramic snow village. Each building was listed with the color of paint that was used for each part of it,,,roof, walls,,trim, etc. I remember making the list as I went along so if one building broke, I'd know which colors to use. I'd never made such a list before, nor have I since. Was it that I feared the worst? I don't know, but it came in handy when my older sister saw the village and wanted one just like it, then her daughter wanted one when she saw her mom's. It's funny was strange things people do that help at a future time.
