The Florence residence is a new residential estate that will be opened for rent and leasing for about ninety-nine years in the early parts of year 2019, according to the developer; the Logan property (Singapore) Limited.

The residence is located within the estate of Kovan and Hougang Avenue 2; a place that was formerly known as HUDC Florence Regency.
