Well, waited until 11 am then contacted the attorney, He filed for the motion to be changed...not a big thing I guess. went and registared for domestic class. Man most of the questions... drug related. drinking realted...rage..lost and un controlable behavior...I could not answer most... I dont have that problem. well that went good, got my schedule. and I am ready .
Got the call from the attorney. want to have a 15 minute hearing tomorrow at 4 30. I am a littler freaked out now, but the attorney said he just wants to make it imediate and confrirm her address and what she can and can not do. Now to go through boxes to get my court clothers. Frustrating but if done right... well no suprises.

it rains it pours, damm. well got a call from the asisted living this afternoon, reguarding my 80 year old mother with dimentia, she is not doing good, so I am on call at anytime. SO I really do not know what to do other than be there for her. I saw her this evening and she seemed ok, not great not bad. just there. could not really remember how she felt earlier. Dimentia sucks, her whole being is being robbed by the Disease !. So its wait and see tonight.
Sorry to hear your Mum has dementia, I can\'t imagine, it\'s so hard on the loved ones, I hope things go well for her and you!!
