Not too bad
Well, overall, I guess I could say I am having a good week. I feel much more productive at work. Getting lots done. That is always a huge stress buster for me. Updated my files. Going out on the road again tomorrow for 2 claims but I don't think either are huge ones. Good rapport/conversations with my boss today. Got a beautful thank you letter from a customer that reminded me why I like to do this job. I did really well with my points on Monday with 21 points. Also, a 45 minute walk with dog on Monday. Did not hit my 10000 steps due to rest of day sat at my desk and worked. My WW points range is 21-27 points. Yesterday, I went out to dinner with Hubby. My food was really good, even at the restaurant. I had Fettucine Alfredo with shrimp and broccolli. I only ate 1/2 of it and it had a lot of brocolli and shrimp. I was doing well with my points and eating and even better with water over last two days. But last night I slipped and ate peanuts and a gosh darn cookie. So yesterday, my points were 34. But I am not sweating it, since the over the one day and the under the other day cancel each other out. Went for a walk last night with dog and then 60 minutes on balance ball while watching tv. Not very aerobic, but got in over my 10,000 steps. Good day so far today: coffee, orange, deli thin whole wheat roll, Boca meatless Chick'n burger. Planning on having some nonfat yogurt in a minute. Also sitting her drinking my water. I am probably not going to sweat the Y this week. May try to go once or twice. But focus this week is to get some better rest, destress, do better than last week, which I am so far. David is away for week, so it has been quiet and probably good for all of us. Hubby still a mess. Wish I could get rid of him for a week and REALLY destress! I actually put makeup on this AM! I need to start taking better care of myself- exercise, eating right, but also when I lose some more weight, better clothes and makeup. I want to feel good about myself. Since I don't work in an office anymore, I have a tendency to let myself slip. That Penn State game is really important to me and I am so excited about going. I will probably get in like 20,000 steps that day with all of the walking and jumping around! And I will definitely have to have an ice cream from the creamery! So I have something fun and important to me to focus on and look forward to. Will probably take the dog for a walk later and I have my last night of bowling tonight for my summer league. Phew! Will be nice to have a break for a few weeks until my Winter league starts up on September. So I am not jumping up and down and Whoo Hooing, or breaking any records here at this point. But getting back on track and feeling a little better and that is a good thing.
