Not this time...
I just called to get the blood test results: Negative.
Somehow I expected that, but at the same time it was like a dagger into my heart. Getting this far, to have the blood test (for the first time) and it still be negative is just devastating. Jill even sounded surprised that it was negative. I am crying now, and of course my DH is at work and I'm all alone.
Jill set up an appointment for me for Nov 8th to see what went wrong. This was my 5th cycle with the Letrozole and the first one that didn't work.
I think the next step that will be suggested (other than the reiteration that I lose weight) will be IUI, but I will find out for sure on the 8th.

I\'m sorry - I wish it had been better news. I hope you get some answers and help from your doc soon. I know I\'d be ready to strangle someone if I were in your shoes.

I\'m so sorry hun! It never gets any easier and my heart hurts for you. I hope and pray that your dr appointment on the 8th will give you some answers and guidance for moving forward,
It never gets easier. I\'m sorry sweety. I am proud of you though for exploring all your options and having other things looked into lately. I hope you get some answers soon. I would push for a laparoscopy if you haven\'t had one. I wasted alot of time and money on treatments before I had mine which diagnosed the endo. I hope your kitty is doing better also. Mine has the same issue. He is on Purina UR cat food and it seems to help although he did have bladder surgery years back. Hang in there!
It never does get easier. I hope that they\'re ready to pursue more aggressive treatments (or at the very least more aggressive testing). Big hugs girlfriend - be nice to yourself today. You deserve it.
Thanks ladies. When I go to see my RE, I\'m going to push for more monitoring as well as more tests to figure out what\'s going on.
