not this again!

my ex....he's gonna end up giving me a heart murmur and gray hair!
just when i think i'm beginning to heal and have peace in my life, he HAS to find a way to destroy that. i have so much pain from all that he has already caused and then this shit again. read the whole thread:
http://www.dailystrength.org/c/Breakups_Divorce/forum/10082103-he-just-had
after i posted this, i spoke to his bff again and told her to tell my ex that he has to stay away from my favorite beach and stay away from me. he can't come anywhere near my home or the places where i usually hang out.
his momma (who lives in Texas) better get him to leave this island because i can't stand this shit anymore. she'd better make him move back home, before something bad really happens to him. his mental state is further and further declining. his bff told me all he ever talks about these days is "wanting to die". and now i fear that because he can't have me, this will be a very dangerous situation for me. i'm considering getting a TRO.

Remember, even if he does carry out his threat, it is not your fault. You cannot let him manipulate you for the kayak or anything else, otherwise, it still makes him feel as though he has control over you/the situation between you two.

Be careful, all this stress is bound to cause a flare. But more importantly, be careful of this guy because, as you already know...he\'s got issues that are beyond what most people can help with. I\'d get the restraining order.

I would get the TRO Blue if the danger to you or your loved ones is apparent as it sounds. Stay away from him for your own well being. You have your other pains to deal with outside of your emotions that also need consideration. Peace my friend, Rick

Sweetie, I think you should, BUT when you get it you need to still keep a careful watch. Don\'t forget to take care of you during all of this. I\'ll be keeping you in prayer

I\'m so sorry to hear he\'s giving you this grief - he is obviously a sick man. I don\'t know what the laws are there, but here you can report someone and request medical intervention (if you\'re family or partner). He needs a lot of help and it\'s not your responsibility to cater to his needs (nor is it his bff\'s - who is getting caught up in his bs too).
I wouldn\'t give him the kayak or money for it or anything else - as you said, there will only be something else if you do.... it will never stop unless he gets help or you can put things in place to keep him away from you. Get the TRO, block his number from all your phones and your mums, and I\'d block his friend\'s too - just because she is getting caught up in all his crap, doesn\'t mean you need to know about it - it is NOT your problem. If she chooses to be involved, that\'s HER problem.
Take care hun xo

update: found out that he changed his mind about the kayak and told her to tell me to keep it. FOR NOW. knowing him, he;ll change his mind 2 weeks down the road, since he always goes from one extreme to the next constantly. but if he shows up at any of my common hang outs, i\'ll call the cops and make a report for stalking, etc. and of course you know the next step is TRO.
