Not the 1st time!
Hi everyone! I went to work with hubby today and glad I did! Yesterday a fever-blister appeared and my face broke out in that hive like rash too! I told my hubby if I look this rashy in the morning, I'm not leaving the house! The heat makes it worse! Well it was better and so was my lip so I went! Didn't have hives till I was home for an hour or so! See, I'm allergic to something in this house! Oh well, I'll live.I was reading someone elses problem with Doctor's office getting back to them and thought of several times being put on hold and then forgotten! It happened again last week! I was on hold waiting to make an appointment for my hubby cause he was too busy to stay on the phone! Well I waited about 20 mins. and thought, gee I need to pee I hope they will get back with me soon! Then 30mins. and I said well they will just have to hear me pee! LOL! So then a min. or two more and I thought , they must have forgot about me! When I got to 45mins. I hung up and called back! I asked if they went to lunch and forgot I was on hold?!! She said she wished she could go to lunch and said she didn't know who left me on hold but the appointment I wanted was now taken! All I could do was laugh it off! It doesn't help to get mad when you have no idea what happened! I have payed attention at Dr's offices and it can get pretty frantic! I always try to think before I jump to the wrong conclusion! Especially since I have done it alot in my youth! But atleast I kept it to myself most of the time! I really don't like thinking the worst of anyone! I have been misjudged a few times and it hurts! Although I do wish I would have hung up and dialed again once it had been 20minutes! Hey, I was just trying to be a good patient person with plenty of understanding of how hard it is for medical personel! I never thought I had enough of what it takes to do a good job or even a half ass job! Three times I have relied on good medical care having had C-sections for all 3 of my children! My first was practically a baby elephant! He weighed 10lbs03 ounces! Very glad I didn't have to do it by myself! OUCH! LOL! Hope everyone is having a good week! Praying for all to have less pain and more happyness! : )
