Not sure whats going on

Both of my sides  of my hips are hurting and its hard to to lay or sit.  I haven't really been myself the past couple days I am not sure if I have a cold settle there or what.  It is a really uncomfortable feeling.  I have been awake off and on since noon today and I finally was able to stand up and get out of bed around 10:00pm.  its like my lower half doesn't want to support me my mom had to help me walk a couple of steps before I was able to handle the pressure.  I don't know what it is but I really hope it goes away soon.
